At Zilveren Zegel, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return procedure
- Return request : Please contact us first via info@zilverenzegel.com to request a return. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
- Return instructions : Follow the instructions you receive from us after your return request.
- Return Shipping : Please return the product to us following the instructions you received. Ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Refund
- Approval : We will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back within 10 business days via your original payment method.
- Processing : Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
- Contact : If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@zilverenzegel.com .
Return label:
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to arrange and cover the costs of returning the item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the problem and offer a suitable solution.
Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
